Number of spools:
A spool is a plastic or metal around which thread is winded. Every thread kit contains a different number of spools. This factor depends upon your usage because you better know how many colors you need.

The standard length of the thread is 550 yards (500m). The longer the thread more will be threading possibilities. So choose wisely how long thread you need for your embroidery.
Thread Material:
